BVB was great. It is a great location, has a great view and everything we needed for our family if 4!! Prompt response to queations we had. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Getting transportation to and from the location was difficult. When I asked to have the shower handle fixed, I was told someone would come but they never did.

The place is well located. Nice. Clean. Beautiful sights. Friendly service. The place DOES NOT ALLOW PETS - Very important because of the allergies. And NON SMOKING in all areas of the hotel, which is excellent.

No A/C. Although usually you won't need it because Boquete has a nice weather and temperature. But sometimes you just wish you had. But for the price and the quality of the place, I didn't really care enough about it.

The roof top community area is fabulous.

all the room doors could use a little insulation, weather strip/door seal would help with the noise of shutting doors.
