O pessoal do atendimento é bastante cordial, assim como os demais funcionários do Hotel. A localização excelente e um dos pontos altos, perto de lojas, restaurantes, bares e tambem, do centro da cidade. O hotel é simples mas bastante decente, toalhas trocadas diariamente e roupas de cama de boa qualidade. O quarto poderia ser um pouco maior, menos apertado, porém é acolhedor e contem tudo que é suficiente para uma boa estadia. Eu gostei

O café da manhã é simples com poucas opções e variações, mas nao é dos piores. Satisfaz. O quarto poderia ser um pouco maior, mas é aconchegante e acomodável. Nao gostei das informações sobre o manuseio do cofre estarem colocadas dentro do guarda-roupas em local escuro, de difícil leitura, Poderia ter sido colocada na porta ou em lugar mais facil de ler

Výborná poloha v blízkosti metra, klidná část města. Hotel menší, příjemný a milý personál. Měli jsme štěstí na hosty, nebylo nic co by rušilo náš pobyt v hotelu. Třílůžkový pokoj velikostně na 4 noci dostačující, pohodlné postele. Uvítala bych v pokoji věšák na bundy při vstupu do pokoje a nějaký háček na ručník v koupelně, přece jen ve třech už nějaké místo na odložení věcí je potřebné.

Slabší snídaně, chyběla nám teplá varianta (vejce,párek..).

必要最低限のものは揃っていました。朝食もそんな感じです。

バルコニーのある部屋でしたが、バルコニーに小蝿がたくさんおり、毎日清掃後にバルコニーにアクセスするドアを開放され、小蝿が中に入ってきました。翌日の朝に清掃後にドアを閉めるようにお願いしたらそのようにしていただき、感謝です。
