Close to city centre

Ducted heating was advertised but it was only installed on one end of the house s not installed in the front section. Where my children slept they were freezing. The fireplaces in bedrooms were not blocked off so cold air blew directly into rooms all night portable heaters supplied had broken wheels and were unsafe and unusable. Beds were like sleeping on concrete, very hard.
