According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. A deposit may be required at the property.

Localização boa, café da manhã bom, funcionários bem simpáticos, no geral foi bom.

Cama com colchão muito duro, falta disponibilizar toalha de rosto e precisa urgentemente trocar os travesseiros.

Nada!

Tudo. O hotel é igual as ruas em volta. Primeiro quarto sem janela, troquei. Segundo quarto com janela quebrada, e danos nas fechaduras; Colchao horrivel de duro e emburacados de velho; Lencoes desgastados e manchados; Travesseiros mofados e nao tive coragem de usar; Toalhas desgastadas quase rasgando e encardidas (um dia eram brancas); Ar condicionado nao funcionava; Chuveiro daqueles bem antigos; Moveis mofados e descascando; Paredes sujas e com mofo em varios pontos, o banheiro caotico; espelho com ferrugem... Vou parar por aqui... só deu pra dormir e acordei todo quebrado... O Hotel é um lixo! Abandonado e sujo. De belo tem nada e de art só se for "pixaçao"
