"Rude staff. Did not give us what we booked"

Property is nice staff is rude

Booked a queen room with 2 queen beds on a high floor and got a double room with 2 double beds. When I went to. Check in the receptionist said they were very booked and had “a lot of moving around to do” sounds like a you guys problem and not mine. Not sure why I made the booking if I didn’t get what I booked. This was for our wedding anniversary and our night got ruined. Will never stay here again.

they finally have the adult pool open after 3-4 years perfect for relaxing

I wasnt aware that part of the hotel was STILL under construction and some areas closed if I knew this... I might of not stay there. this hotel is my usual go too place
