Das Hotel hat ein besonderes Flair. Stilvoll eingerichtet. Im Restaurant waren wir nicht.

Es wird ein außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstücksbufet geboten. Was dann garnicht passt ist der dünne Filterkaffee als Standard. Cappoccino u.ä. nur gegen Aufpreis. 4,10€ für eine kleine Tasse Cappoccino trübt den morgentlichen Genuss.i

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Villa ist eine stilvolle Oase der Ruhe. Sie ist eingebettet in eine kleine Parkanlage. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und lecker.

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Villa Altenburg , haben von dort aus einige Ausflüge im schönen Thüringen durchgeführt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Ein aussergwöhnlich gutes Frühstück erleichterte den Start in den Tag. Kurz um: Super Lage, sehr gepflegte und schöne Hotelanlage, tolles Personal, hervorragendes Essen - es hat alles super gepasst. Wenn wir das nächste mal in Thüringen sind, werden wir auf alle Fälle wieder in die Villa gehen.
