Not clean, run down

You have to adjust your expectations when you choose the lowest price motel in town. So given that, I would say the value is a little above average. Friendly staff. TV worked the night of arrival, but not the next morning. I didn’t call maintenance because I was leaving soon.

People talk outside your door loud and people fighting and is wasn’t clean and my toilet broke the first day I was there

Soon arrival I changed rooms four times because of dilapidated accommodations. In the end my a/c was broken. Had less desirable people beating on my door all hours of the night looking for people I do not know. My shower sink and ac were leaking water into my floor. I used towels provided with my room to keep my floor from having water all over them and after bringing the issue to management’s attention my deposit was taken because they say I misused their towels? I left the issue alone and tried contacting an actual manager to no avail. The lady at the front desk actually laughed at me and said “good bye” stating that the out of state manager was quote “her brother in law” and does give “a F***” then hanging up on me… PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES and never go there
