Benibeach 3-2-B Apartment Poniente Beach

The view is absolutely amazing, the proximity to the beach is great

wasn’t that clean. floors were dirty with hair and dust.

The location was perfect. Small walk to the heart of Benidorm but far enough away to be nice and quiet. The view from the window is spectacular.

Loved the location.

There was some homemade AC system that blew all the hot air back into the apartment. The sleeping couch was really hard and you felt the iron bars through the madrass. There was only bedsheets for two out of four persons.

Had major problems getting into the property due to roadworks and staff having no idea of how to reach property.

No reception and as we arrived late we had to collect keys from booking shop which is 20 minute walk away. I did not realise this was an air b n b type booking so not normal booking etc. 200 Euro deposit taken and not returned for 7 days, but if you stay at Apartment Benibeach its only 40 and returned at check out (they have reception). Check out 11 am standard but no where to leave luggage, asked for late check out advised to book another day through booking.com. not helpful. BEWARE - apartment is full of glass cabinets with lots of ceramic statues - so easily impact your deposit return i took pictures!

Road outside closed to traffic so had to carry cases down to apartment

Location was excellent and the apartment fantastic, very close to the beach view brilliant

The collection of keys was dreadful, directed to the wrong offices in the new town £10 taxi, room not ready for 4hrs, directed to the old town office £10 taxi, then pay £200 deposit collected keys and eventually 6hrs later got onto apartment.
