Die Aussicht war extrem schön

Was nicht geht sind dräckige Bettwäsche beim ersten Tag kaputter Türrahmen beim Badezimmer und Eingang Sauberkeit war zu wünschen plus in einem 5 sterne Hotel Seifenspender wie in einem publik wc geht garnicht Plus das personal muss besser englisch können klar es ist nicht ein europäisches land aber es ist ein Luxus hotel mit 5 sternen

This is the first time I stay at a hotel that actually looks way better than all the photos I have seen online. I think the photos do not give justice to this place. There are a lot of facilities and spa experiences that are not even mentioned online. Highly recommended!

Staff are extremely friendly but we needed google translate for most of our interactions in English.
