Great hotel and staff, the only thing is a bit away from the city

Ailemle birlikte oldukça keyfli ve rahat bir tatil geçirdik. Otel personeli her zaman ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Her konuda yardıma hazırdılar. Bir kez daha teşekkür ederiz. Otel, Dalyan bölgesinde Sakız adasına karşı bir konumda. Rüzgarı bol. Deniz biraz kayalık olsa da iskelelerle bu durumu çözmüşler. Ayrıca hemen ileride kullanabileceğiniz kumul ikinci bir plajı da var. Oldukça büyük ve temiz bir havuzu, ayrı çocuk havuzu ve jakuzisi de var. Kahvaltıda çok sayıda lezzetli yiyecek alternatifi arasından seçim yapmakta zorlandığımı itiraf edeyim. Odalar çok geniş, ferah ve temiz ve konforluydu. Tüm odaların harika bir deniz manzarası var. Odada diş fırçası ve macununa kadar tüm ihtiyaçlarınız düşünülmüş. Ayrıca odanın ses izolasyonu da çok başarılıydı. Akşam yemeklerini alacarte restorandan tercih ettik, menüdeki yemeklerin sunumunu ve lezzetini çok beğendik. Güzel bir tatil oldu. Tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğim bir otel.

The beach wasn’t the best. It was not child friendly at the beach due to rocks and rough sea.

The hotel’s location, views, and overall ambience were truly exceptional—almost surreal. The lush greenery, serene atmosphere, and sweeping sea views created a setting that felt close to paradise. The calmness around the pool area was especially pleasant, offering a quiet retreat that matched the natural beauty of Çeşme. The beach was another highlight: clean, spacious, and refreshingly cool. It quickly became our favorite spot to unwind. Our room delivered on comfort and aesthetics, with generous space, a large and cozy bed, and stunning views of the ocean. Housekeeping was consistent and courteous, and the room service was prompt and pleasant. The breakfast setup offered a reasonable variety, and the dining area had a welcoming ambiance. One standout throughout our stay was the restaurant staff—they were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make guests feel comfortable. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made a real difference. It’s clear that the owners are invested in creating a positive environment, and with a few refinements, the overall experience could truly reflect the charm and potential of the property.

While the setting was remarkable, several operational and service-related issues detracted from the overall experience. Around the pool, cleanliness was inconsistent—on multiple occasions, wet wipes were left at the bottom, turning green from prolonged exposure. This suggested a lack of regular vacuuming and attention to detail. The beach, though beautiful, lacked energy and service presence. The setup felt dull, and on windy days, access to the deck was restricted due to safety concerns—yet other guests were allowed to sit with umbrellas opened, which raised questions about consistency. When we tried to use a cabana, we were told they were all reserved, despite many remaining empty. My daughter was even asked to leave one abruptly, which felt unnecessarily harsh. Management later apologized and clarified that the area was meant to be first-come, first-served, but the practice of reserving seats continued. The breakfast, while varied, lacked depth in flavor and creativity. The fruit selection was surprisingly limited, especially given the region’s seasonal abundance. The live egg station offered only fried eggs, which were overcooked and lacked freshness. Coffee quality also left room for improvement. Although the staff were consistently pleasant, it seemed many lacked prior experience in luxury hospitality. One observation worth noting: several servers appeared to be working from early breakfast service through to dinner at 10 p.m., suggesting shifts exceeding 14 hours. This not only impacts service quality but raises concerns about staff wellbeing and operational sustainability. In-room experience also had gaps. Despite the spacious layout and great views, noise insulation was poor—we could hear neighboring guests clearly, which was uncomfortable for a family stay. The bathroom door couldn’t lock properly, and the initial response from maintenance was to “slam it” to activate the latch. Thankfully, this was resolved after further follow-up. The room lacked basi
