Great location, easy check in, free washer and dryer after 5pm. Kitchen area good seating area downstairs, comfortable bed :)

Staff were really helpful, we rented a moped for a good price. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The staff let us chill in the lobby the day we checked out as our night bus was delayed. The location was really good with loads of restaurants nearby. The hotel allowed you to do free laundry after 5pm.

Room felt slightly damp with slight smell

The location is great, a short walk to the night markets/ the central area. The commune area was very clean and we were able to wash our clothes for free after 5pm. The room was spacious- double. The owners are very welcoming and polite, offering information when asked.

The walls are thin, meaning you hear other guests coming in/ shutting their door. The pillows are hard, not the most enjoyable sleep!

Very spacious, clean rooms in a quiet alley. Food options and coffee shops nearby, also close to the center and lake.

- self-check in was easy (one thing to meniton is that the number pad is a little sensitive); the host provided clear instructions a day prior to the trip - spacious room and provided general furniture - location was perfect for us - the basic necessities were at a walkeable distance; it was tucked away at the end of the main road, so the traffic noise was nearly non-existent

- the place was a bit run down and really dusty - very thin layer of blanket provided - we stayed near the end of the winter season, and it was quite cold, and the heater did not work. - bathroom - very tight corridors from where the sink and toilet was. - ventilation of the bathroom was minimal, so sometimes there was a bit of a sewage odour. - reception - non existent and communication was solely through WhatsApp. - miscommunication - we had coordinated our check out with the host. As we had an early flight, we wanted to make sure we had everything in place before we left. The host scheduled an in-person meet to collect the money and even offered to help us set up a taxi to get to the airport (as we heard Grab was hard to get around that time of the day). He assured us that he had set up a taxi for 5:45AM pick up as I told him we needed to be at the airport for no later than 6:30AM, he even told us he would be there in the morning himself. Come the next morning, at 5:45AM, no communication and no taxi. Turns out that we had no problem getting a Grab. Two hours later, the host responded apologizing that the taxi is late and that he would be arriving soon. Very disappointed that this was the last interaction we had with the host.
