Plenty of space, great layout, excellent interior, effective heating system throughout whole house, big and nice garden, quiet and private location. All the equipment we needed. Great atmosphere and comfortable house.

"Tidy cottage with charm and lots of space for kids and dogs to run around outside"

Great Location - nice and quiet. Good space for dogs and kids to run around outside. Neat and tidy. The heating was great in winter.

Kitchen was a bit basic. A dishwashing machine wouldve been nice and there was a coffee machine tucked in the draw but no pods to use. It would be a nice touch to include these so you dont have to buy a whole lot at the supermarket just for a few days. Would be nice to have a few more rugs as floor boards in winter make the place feel a bit bare and not so homely.

The cutest little cottage in a very quiet street! Very well presented, exceptionally tidy and clean. Just a short walk to Pea Soup Beach and the Main hub of Port Fairy. Thank you for the bowl of Easter eggs for the kids!

Was comfortable andcwarm

Kitchen and bathroom were basic but adequate but drainage a problem - sink water was extremely slow to drain but particularly shower drain ( over bath) was slow to point where bath was half full by time finished shower.
