"I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO STAY UNLESS THEY HIRER SOMEONE New to Repair Everything!"

Room was clean, House keeping very good!

The front office personnel was kind but LACKED Professional customer Service. I extended my stay by one more day and they Screwed it up totally! Everyone complained about the Elevator Service, even the technician trying to repair the Elevator that was not working! The SMELL of Raw Sewage on the Ground Floor was Terrible????? You Smelled it everytime you returned to the Hotel and Everytime you got off of the Elevator. Went to pick up my Vehicle and the lady at the stand was Doing her Nails and made me Feel like I was interrupting her. What is up with that??? Personally, that Hotel needs NEW MANAGEMENT!! I have been in the Hotel Business for 38 Years. Your MANAGEMENT Personnel needs to be replaced with someone that knows how to PROPERLY TRAIN and Educate all of your Personnel!!! Even if they need to work side by side with them. Loosing Business and Satisfaction from your Customers will take YEARS to build back up any Confidence that could possibly be Regained!!!
