住宿位置超棒的, 樓下就是賣場跟地鐵站(公園前F出口) 附近也有很多餐廳, 對面過個馬路就是北京路步行街 房間設施雖然有點老舊, 但整體來說很乾淨 每天都會進來整理床鋪; 換浴巾及垃圾 房間有微波爐, 洗衣機很方便 (我們是都沒用); 每天也都會補充瓶裝水很讚

1) 感應門鎖, 有點故障, 要感應多次才能打開門 2) WIFI輸入後, 還要用手機號碼驗證- 擾民 (同事是用SIM卡的, 要怎麼驗証???)

酒店里有冰箱和洗衣机都还不错，还有微波炉也方便。靠近北京路步行街，酒店下去就是公园前地铁站。酒店下去就可以去到动漫星城或者五月花购物中心之类的，不用走出去晒太阳也去得到。而且是连跟捷登都会的，也就是下去1楼转个弯就是捷登都会商场了，里面有很多蛮好吃的，比如拍档大排档和啫啫煲也很好吃

酒店前台人员服务态度一般般，不会很有耐心，打扫也不会很干净但是打扫阿姨态度就很好。还有一点一定要改善，酒店的门根本锁不了，这样晚上入眠时很没安全感。

The apartment was clean, had everything for a short stay. It was cleaned every day; towels and slippers were available. The location was great: restaurants, underground and shops were close by, including the pedestrian road.

Having staff at the reception who speaks English will be helpful. The management of parcels was not optimal. They were put in a room and the client has to go a sort it alone. Last year, it was better managed.
