NLThe Riad is beautiful on the inside with a lovely terrace/patio on the ground floor.
The overall finishing in the rooms could be a bit better.
GBThe location of the riad is excellent. It is about a ten minute walk from the main square which is nice as you are close enough to the medina without being subject to the noise at night. The general decoration of the riad is pretty and traditional and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The terrace is pretty, it has some nice seating and beautiful flowers and greenery.The breakfast is nice although a little basic.
The rooms were very damp. To the point where the ceilings were peeling and paint was chipping and falling. The staff are great at cleaning the rooms everyday (though the bedsheets were not changed this was not an issue for us) however the shared facilities are dirty. For example the chaise on the roof of the Riad is dusty to the point that we did not want to sit on it.

PTAdorei a localização, é espetacular. Adorei a comida do hotel: pequenos almoços e jantares muito bom mesmo. As cozinheiras são super simpáticas, muito atenciosas também. Os funcionários em geral também. O Rias é super bonito, confortável e preparado para tudo. Vão te buscar no aeroporto por 15€. Gostei da hospitalidade do quarto em geral. Trocam toalhas todos os dias e fazem-te a cama. É super central, dentro da Medina, onde tem tudo: cafés, talho, mecânico, lojas, farmácia, posto médico, tudo. Fiquei impressionada. É mesmo central perto de tudo. A 10 min a pé da praça principal. Um terraço incrível onde a paz reina. Chegamos às 21h da noite e fomos bem recebidos. O quarto tem ar condicionado. Sempre que enviamos mensagem ao alojamento fomos prontamente atendidos. Sem dúvida voltarei.
A TV do quarto não funcionava, também não reclamei, mas deveriam arranjar isso. A menina que às vezes apanhamos na recepção deveria ser um pouco mais simpática, tal como o resto do staff.

Nunca trocaram as nossas toalhas mesmo tendo deixado as mesmas no chão do duche. Voltaram a colocar ensopadas no toalheiro. Um dos quartos que reservámos cheirava bastante a esgoto, o outro quarto tinha a porta bastante danificada e entrava muito frio pela porta...as casas de banho precisam de uma manutenção sem dúvida.
