Breakfast was great. All the staff was ready to answer questions and help in every way. You felt like you are staying in a big home with a living room and dining room a nice courtyard and all your needs are met. The Medina is so lovely. And the old mosaic room with so much details.

Very nice staff, very good breakfast

The hotel is in a very good location. Bed is large and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious.

Toilet is not separate from shower. And the glass door separating the bathroom from the bedroom does not provide much privacy. Hot water takes a long time to come.

History, the beautiful items displayed throughout the property, breakfast incredible, friendly staff, rooftop terrace. Accommodated a late request for an extra bed for a friend to stay with me. On edge of Medina so access to taxis no problem or to guides/drivers picking up for one day tours.

Taxi to/from accommodation will require walking to Main Street out of the Medina. It’s not a major problem as it’s a short walk of 2-3mins.

Ι have only good words to say about the dar. The staff was amazing so helpful and ready to give you the best advice about your trip. The room was so big we had the deluxe suite with a little patio for our selfs. The terrace has a great view all the medina. The wi fi was great and the breakfast was so delicious with pure products. Everything was near and the central road and the Zitouna Mosque was 8 minutes walk

Our stay at Dar Ben Garcem was simply wonderful. From the moment we were greeted by Rhouma to our final minutes talking to the owner, Leila Ben Garcem, we were impressed by the attentiveness and warmth of the staff. Our room was beautifully appointed in traditional decor and the Dar, after being meticulously renovated in 2019, is now cared for beautifully. Our bed was firm but comfortable; breakfasts were fulsome and fresh, and everything was assidulously cleaned. We particularly loved the rooftop terrace - it was just gorgeous. Particular thanks to Leila, Rhouma, Chedley & Yusuf. This is a hidden jewel in the medina!

We wished our stay could have been longer!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great. The rooms and overall aesthetic of the building was really cool especially the rooftop. There’s lots of little enclaves with rooms that are very comfortable and overall I really enjoyed my stay.

I do feel that the rooms could use some more tender loving care, some furniture were slightly damaged or had a stain(the couch on my balcony had a stain).
