Harwelden Mansion

I was looking for a place in Tulsa to both watch the July 4th fireworks display and spend the night with some friends and family. I found the Harwelden Mansion to be directly across the street and booked one night for seven people. Teresa, the owner, was very gracious and accommodating. The rooms, house and grounds are absolutely stunning and Teresa’s attention to detail during the recent renovation has brought the home back to its former glory. She provided us with a detailed tour of the main house with her intimate knowledge of the Harwell family and the mansion. That evening the fireworks were amazing and we couldn’t have hoped for a better view. The bedrooms are spacious, luxurious and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning with Teresa and learned of her love of music and for preserving historical buildings.
