The apartment itself was as expected but the sofabed was very uncomfortable. Unfortunately too many stairs for my mum. Lovely staff though.

Only think I can say is the location was good that’s about it

Where do I start. The whole apartment smelt like poo from the min you step through the door from downstairs. The bathroom boiler doesn’t work it was freezing and you can’t open the bathroom window as all you will smell is the Resturant downstairs

The location, very central

Especially the bathroom, not sufficiently hot water, no hold for the shower, no water pressure, no bath curtain or glass. The poor quality of beds, sofas, no channel on TV, no wifi. Limited cleaning.
