"Pleasant hotel in nice location"

Location was good central in Bala. Staff were pleasant and polite. Nice view. Bathroom was nicely done and very spacious

Boilers weren’t working and not repaired during our stay so we were unable to shower. Room locking system was problematic and we had to seek advice on how to get around the problem. Beds were quite hard and fair bit of noise from bins/bottles in the morning
