A beautiful room in historic building very close to Adriatic Sea (Jadransko More)!

Pretty, well designed rooms preserving the historic 1900s building. Good attention to detail, water in the fridge, plug adapter in the drawer. Spacious shower, we liked having the separate water closet being 2 people. Very easy and quick to communicate with Kristina, though we didn't get the chance to meet her, we had zero issues. Fantastic location right by the water and a quick walk to everything in Zadar

Very comfortable bed. Room very clean and very easy to find. Right in the centre of the old town. Very friendly staff.

Lovely rooms in a unique and historic building right by the beautiful Adriatic! Kristina was helpful above & beyond by phone as we had a late night check-in. She walked us through it all and we had a restful stay in these beautifully appointed rooms. Much appreciated ❣️

Beautiful rooms in a historic hotel built in 1903. The rooms were small but so clean and had the best shower and air conditioning. Conveniently located in old town and 5 minute walk to Sea Organ. Would highly recommend.

It is not a hotel, but a room in a part of building. We could not find the property as the name of the property is not listed in name plate. No service at all. The room is so small, not even a free ground to open my luggage. Do not recommend this property at all.

Too small room No room to put the luggage Safe was not attached to the wall any could take it Had to carry my values with me all the time around the city Bed covers were for winter instead for summer

I stayed at Riva for only 1 night but it was amazing.
