"Memorable Stay at Novotel Cikini"

This is my second visit at Novotel Cikini. This time i was staying for 3 nights. Check in was smooth and again, they gave me upgrade to the next category which is Executive Suite room. The room is spacious, i like the rooms lay out and also it is well equipped. I really appreciate for the welcome amenities and welcome letter from hotel general manager. Also i find it helpful that they gave me letter which i can read the benefit of membership. The hotel it self is near from train station Cikini, also near from Taman Ismail Marzuki. Breakfast at Food Exchange was really delicious and also variative, i can choice indonesian dishes, western or arabic. Nice ambience at restaurant, the staffs are nice and helpful, thanks to Mr. Agus as Restaurant Manager who surprisingly very kind and helpful for greeting me as all member and explaining about the buffet. Also in the little gourmet bar, the staff was so kind yet agile. Thank you for memorable stay and im looking forward to my next stay at Novotel Cikini!

Sudah 2x menginap di Novotel cikini! Request kamar yg connecting room really appreciate. Proses check in dibantu sama Pak Okki yg ramah & kamar jg bersih. Thanks to Pak Arie (DM) & Pak Tri juga sangat ramah. At the restaurant, Ramdhani & Elsa were helpful. Thanks to Pak Arie for being very attentive. 5 Thumbs Up 👍👍

Vše bylo v pořádku. Krásný výhled na město, prostorný pokoj, pohodlná postel a všude tak čisto. Bazén vypadal nejlěpe z celé Indonésie, ale bohužel jsme nezkusili. Určitě doporučuji se zde ubytovat.

Ambience

House water was supplied in glass bottles. I have doubt that it is pure or not. I got stomach upset during my stay. I suspect it was caused by the house water.
