Gostei de tudo, principalmente da localização, próxima dos restaurantes, do Rio Tâmega, das Termas de Chaves e da Torre de Menagem. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom.

Gostei muito: - Atendimento super simpático no dia que cheguei no turno do final da tarde/noite. - Pequeno almoço e da esplanada. - O Edifício é lindíssimo.

- Falta de uma almofada extra. - Falta de um mini frigorífico.

"Lovely hotel, good breakfast and close to main centre."

The breakfast was excellent and a huge choice. The food was all displayed beautifully and a lady would keep coming through to check the serving plates were full. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with anything you needed to know. Our room was great and had everything you would need within the room and bathroom. It was good to be able to park our motorbikes right outside the hotel.
