We stayed overnight as a couple at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery Collection. Overall, it was a good stay. The interiors were well designed and had a modern, thoughtful feel, which made the space pleasant to be in. The room was comfortable and nicely put together, with attention to detail in the styling. The standout feature is definitely the direct connection to Chadstone Shopping Centre, which makes everything very convenient for shopping, dining, or a quick getaway without needing to travel far. Service was fine and the experience was smooth, though it didn’t feel especially exceptional or “wow.” The hotel works best as a convenient and comfortable base rather than a destination luxury stay. In short, well-designed and comfortable, with unbeatable mall access — solid overall, just not overly memorable beyond that.

The room was clean and well laid out. The pool was great for kids and the breakfast was phenomenal

The noises at night were very loud - the traffic outside and the neighbours were screaming at each other outside our room at 1:30am.
