Good location, very good customer service

Low quality apartment finish, problems highlighted with flat in previous reviews remained unfixed when we were their (no window blind), there was a curtain instead of shower door, it listed a dishwasher there wasn't one and it wasn't clear to us the 2nd bedroom was also the living room (Internet pictures implied it was a separate room) overall the booking.com listing was misleading as the photos were from multiple flats, not just the one we had. Also the front door key card failed twice requiring one of the team to visit and reset (which was promptly attented).

Extremely well located - on one of the main shopping streets. Very spacious, warm and comfortable, light and airy. easy to access too, with a lift and front and rear entrances. Just 5 mins walk to the City Express ski lift, where you can rent a heated ski locker for convenience too.

Bedroom got a bit warm at night and occasionally cooking smells came through door from an adjacent apartment, but these were minor issues.

This apartment has no door to the showerroom so we had to put up a curtain for privacy. Also there's no sofa in this apartment sp there's nowhere to socialize. The dining table takes up the whole dining room/bedroom which makes it very tight and non-functional. If you would replace one bed with a sofa bed, put a much smaller dining table and change the small tv for a bigger SMART-tv so guests can connect their devices, this would be a great apartment.
