The location was great; +- 30 minutes from 2 Kruger National Park gates. It's also close to the shop in Marloth Park in case we needed to get anything last minute. The space in the house is amazing, and there was plenty of room to relax, whether inside or outside. It is 3 stories, although we didn't use the top dining area much. The house had everything we needed in terms of crockery, cutlery, etc. The animals came close enough to view, and the pool is big enough for dipping, sitting, and relaxing.

The fridge is probably a little small for a house/ people that size but it's also because we stayed for 4 nights, so we brought enough food for all those days.

Stove and TV not working. Rusted bath. Hole next to braai. No blankets. Mice. Cant get to vanity. Sharing open bathroom/toilet that is in main bedroom.

We booked the house and the cottage for a family gathering. The main house is lovely and spacious with beautiful décor. The 4 en-suite bedrooms (showers only) were great and the loft with 2 single beds were enjoyed by the children. The spacious patio and braai area were great and there was plenty of seating for everyone. Good communication from the owner before our arrival. I will recommend the house for a larger group of people.

We didn't like the fact that the cleaners entered the house on our departure day at 7:00 when the departure time was only at 10:00 - this was an invasion of our privacy, spoiling our last morning and made packing up difficult. Unfortunately there were multiple issues with the cottage and it didn't match the quality of the house. TV and stove didn't work, open plan toilet for 4 people to use - the biggest problem was the hole in the ground which will probably end up being a swimming pool - outright dangerous for small children and the animals. Perhaps the cottage should be completed before renting it to paying guests.

The artwork inside the house is amazing, triple story with amazing views from the top. Like a free AC unit with the wind blowing up there. Spacious and very private

"Birthday weekend well spent 🌸"

We went there for one night as a group of 8 for my Birthday, and we all really enjoyed it a lot! The animals came so close to the house so we managed to get some very good pictures as well.

That we couldn't stay longer🥹 will definitely book for longer next time
