Hotel Restaurant Fronmühle 3 Sterne Superior

Schönes modernes Zimmer unterm Dach mit Ventilator, der sehr effektiv gegen die etwas stickige Wärme wirkte. Freundliche, hilfsbereite Dame an der Rezeption. Komfortables Bett, guter Schreibtisch mit schnellem Internet. Gutes Frühstück, Eierspeisen auf Nachfrage. Trotz etlichem partyorientiertem Publikum wusste das Hotel eine ruhige Atmosphäre zu bewahren, die mir sehr gut gefallen hat.

Je nachdem, an wen man während des Frühstücks geriet, konnten die Bedienungen abwehrend bis patzig reagieren. In einem Fall habe ich mitbekommen, wie eine Gästin regelrecht gemaßregelt wurde. Das hat die eigentlich schöne FrühstücksErfahrung doch recht getrübt.

There was no bar or restaurant open in the hotel! This was a big disappointment having cycled 60km to get there.

Good-sized, clean room with view directly over the Salinen. Well situated hotel for exploring on foot the pretty town, the park and the nearby vineyard. The restaurant food was very good, both evening and breakfast. Lots of parking at the side/rear and front of the hotel. Pretty quiet location that felt safe, especially when walking back from old town late at night. Good location for day trips by car to local sights, including Miltenberg and Bensheim as well as Heidelberg.
