"Horrible séjour chez IBis Centre à Poitiers. "

Chambre non conforme à ma reservation. Cham rr minuscul avec canapé ouvrant au lieu de 1 Gd lit + l lit 1 place..Changement de chambre..... mais de nouveau tres petite avec 2 lits très étroits, chambre mal insonorisée... Bruits de rue très dérangeants. Douche très très étroite .. une minuterie extérieure pour chauffage SdB se confondant avec le bouton d'éclairage.. et impossible à éteindre produisant un bruit d'enfer durant 20 à 25 mn.. très désagréable en pleine nuit... La télé la plus petite existant au monde. Enfin... Et pour couronner le tout ... un sommier et un surmtelas très instable rendant le lit gres inconfortable SÉJOUR le PIRE de toute ma vie.. Je vais ne jamais plus retourner chez Ibis....

Nous étions de passage à Poitiers le fait que l’hôtel soit en plein centre-ville était très bien aussi bien pour manger le soir que pour cette promener l’après-midi

"Decent hotel, disappointing night"

It was cool outside but the room was hot, the air conditioning did not work, only hot air. There was not good enough air flow to cool the room by opening the window. We could not get the TV to work either. Such a beautiful town, a supposedly pretty good hotel in the middle of town for a disappointing night of sleep.
