Good breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice gardens and pool. Spacious room, large bathroom. Convenient parking. Close to the beach.

The only thing I could complain a little about is the very bright “exit” sign in the bedroom. Way too bright but I like sleeping in pitch black so other people might not care.

During late September, the area is not very crowded, the staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive, beyond all expectations. The pool on the property was lovely and the whole place was very clean and had a wonderful calming atmosphere.

We have been regular guests at this hotel for years and spend some wonderful days here every September. We cannot praise enough how friendly and accommodating the entire team and the owner are. This hotel is perfect for those who want to take trips to the islands of Spetses or Hydra or simply want to enjoy a few days of peace and nature. The location couldn't be better. The breakfast is varied and a great start to the day, and the option to enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel is definitely worth recommending. In the vicinity, there are also some romantic restaurants in Ermioni that are worth a visit. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and amazingly quiet, which makes our stay pleasant every time. We look forward to being here year after year and can't wait to come back next September. Small boutique and beautiful hotel, beautiful view great quiet pool. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable

We came straight from Athene airport after landing in the evening, so we arrived late (long driving) we felt that the lady that was waiting for us was annoyed from the fact we arrived late (22:00), and during our 4 days stay we felt that they are counting every single thing we ask for. During our last night there was no hot water in the shower, We were big group so if someone ask for extra coffee at breakfast we were requested to pay for it, although others didn’t order any coffee. Not that we wanted something for free but the overall feeling was that they are not service oriented as this type of hotel should be.
