The location was perfect.

An excellent room, very comfortable bed and a great choice of breakfast. The location is a lovely road with a delightful short walk into the city centre. The owners communicated well and were flexible when I needed to check about a possible later arrival time.

Perhaps some decor on the hall and stairs could be more contemporary but really this is very minor compared to the high standard of the bedroom and breakfast room.

I enjoyed the reception and conversation, the room, the garden and the overall experience

TV a little small by modern standards, but not a major problem.

The host was excellent, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room and communal space were clean and comfortable and there was even cake!

Convenient location, very comfortable, hosts welcoming but not intrusive. The cake every day was a bonus.

Need to book well on advance, as so popular

Wir hatten ein sehr komfortables Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett und einem modernen Badezimmer. Überraschenderweise war sogar ein Frühstück inklusive. Alles war tipptopp sauber. Die Inhaber waren sehr freundlich. Es gibt einen netten Garten hinterm Haus und einen Kühlschrank für mitgebrachte Speisen oder Getränke.

Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist und der Weg war ein wenig beschwerlich, denn es ging erstmal vom Bahnhof aus steil runter und dann zum Haus wieder steil rauf. Dafür kann das Townhouse nichts aber wer nicht mit dem Auto anreist, sollte das wissen. In Cornwall ist das allerdings auch nicht unüblich.

Very friendly hosts who made us welcome. They were happy to share information about the town and surrounding area. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen facilities were greatly appreciated, with a refrigerator available for guests to use. The breakfast was well stocked with a nice variety of things to choose from. Parking in front for 4 vehicles, and they have some parking in the rear as well. When we come back to Cornwall, we will definitely stay here again if a room is available.

Cannot really think of anything to be honest. The location is close to downtown, only a short walk.
