The room was cold with no thermostat so couldnt put the heating on, blind for window was broken, shower kept going cold. No hair dryer or iron. Only two plus sockets which were at other end of room.

The shower fell of the wall no cold water to cook it down . Toes nails on the floor disgusting all round we booked 2 nights didn't stay any of them took cases to car handed keys straight back was told we would get both nights refunded but they have only refunded one !!! Do not go there yuk

Staff understanding of last orders and timings. The carpet in the room appeared not to have been hovered. Tea bags but no coffee or milk.
GBvery obliging staff,excellent large shower....very comfortable bed...nothing flash but just spot on and right next to multiple proper shops,tesco,b&m etc...and a well mannered pub down stairs
Loud music playing until 1 in morning , then fighting and shouting outside window until 2 .
I stay here every time I work in the area. Rooms basic, but clean and comfortable. Staff downstairs very friendly. It is above a pub though, so can be noisy.
