Jenolan Holiday Park Oberon

The Staff were lovely and very helpful ..The cabin was clean , warm and comfortable. The location was great and close to things such as the shops, ,pubs etc and a short drive out to Mayfield gardens

The screen door didn't latch and so it banged in the wind through the night and the porch light and the bathroom light didnt work.

Central location. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed with electric blankets. Heating. Car space. Reasonable price.

One sofa leg wobbly, so couldn't sit on one end of it. Kitchenette a bit cramped. TV set too high on wall.

Everything was good.

All good except the pillows, not enough blankets for winter as our room air cond didnot heatup the room so we couldnot sleep at all, also the bed head was just under the window from where the cold breeze felt during the night, not good position of bed specially for the winter…

Clean crispy bedlinen

I stayed here many times before and really liked the place. It was simple and clean. But the last stay was a complete disaster. The cabin 10 was infested with German cockroaches. Oh dear Lord, it was so awful. They were everywhere, at the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. I am not even talking about them running at night. It's so ridiculous, that we literally had to fight them to be able to simply have pizza at the table, because they were trying to get inside of the pizza box right in front of us. What shameless crazy cockroaches! I couldn't believe seeing this. We had to keep all our bags in the car to make sure we don't bring any cockroaches home and we couldn't use kitchen properly, because I could see their feces on kitchen surfaces. The problem is definitely not new, and I don't understand how this could be ignored by the management. The whole situation is so frustrating, because I like this holiday park. Please do something about this insect problem.

The caravan park was easy to find and close to the central business area so that a search for somewhere to eat was easy. We recommend the pizzas. We enjoyed the aspect of the cabin which gave us lovely sunshine in the morning.

Clean, tidy cabin with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Great location, with easy access to nearby tourist attractions. Friendly staff who promptly respond and provide all necessary information regarding your stay.

King bed was super Comfy with very nice linen and fluffy doona. Towels were large and thick. Tiny kitchen had everything we needed. The cabin was very nice with good heating. Compact and cosy.
