Electricity cut of over 6 hours. So no AC, no lights, no water (water pump not working). Very uncomfortable when coming back of full day of activities and wanting to take a shower. Emergency generator would be good idea, as according to owner power cuts happen there often. Owner unfortunately smoking, which is not comfortable when being around in hot and sticky air.

EVERYTHING! No, really! This kind of review is easy to complete because I have nothing but good things to say about Magic Mountain Lodge. The breakfast is delicious and filling. The room is as clean as it can be. The staff, the rooms, the grounds and above all else, the breakfast are beyond my expectations every time I stay here. Treat yourself and spend some time here.

The only bad thing was having to leave.

A delightful lodge with terraces for each room and a common kitchen and eating terrace. The hosts were great. A large breakfast that includes eggs, fruit, juice and toast is optional. The lodge has a small swimming pool and 12 kms away is a beautiful flat sand beach and restaurants for food and drinks. The Naturalmente Pizza shop in town is definitely worth a visit. We saw 49 species of birds in a couple of days.

As we travel by bus and foot, the Lodge was fifteen to twenty minutes walk from town. Kind of far, but doable and we did enjoy the walks.

Pleasant swimming pool for afternoon use. Well maintained suites. Location is easy to find.

The entrance is bit unclear.

Wow....Where to begin, from the amazingly comfortable bed to the awesome breakfast it lived up to it's name of "Magic" Ute was an incredible host that went out of her way to explain the festival going on in Las Lajas

The hosts are super welcoming and hospitable. The room is nice and big.

Not a bad word to say about the place.
