Bon accueil, personnel serviable et discret. Thé et café à disposition. Bon emplacement au centre juste à côté du terminal bus.

S’il ne fallait faire qu’une petite remarque: manque quelques rangements pour les affaires dans la chambre et salle de bain

Clean and comfortable property right in the centre of tulum, 1 min from the bus station. I felt very safe there as a solo traveller. Hotel offers bag storage and water machine with teas and coffees on offer. Shower pressure was great and very warm.

It is on the Main Street so a bit of noise should be expected. Staff could be a bit friendlier. The beds are on wheels so move around sometimes.

Lit tellement dure et pas confortable je n’ai pas dormis de la nuit. Assez bruillant si vous êtes sur le côté de la rue. Pas de séchoir 🫢

Café et thé à disposition 24/24

J'ai loué 3 vélos (2 demi journées et 1 journée : aucun geste commercial, j'ai payé 3 jours). Aucun reçu. Le dernier jour j'ai crevé, les vélos étaient très vieux. Je l'ai signalé au retour (après avoir poussé mon vélo 5km) par honnêteté. La "mamager" a voulu me faire payer 15€ pour réparer la crevaison. Après lui avoir exprimé mon mécontentement c'est passé à 7€. Je ne suis pas à 7€ près, je lui ai donné mais sur le principe j'ai trouvé ça à la limite de l'honnêteté.
