La cama estaba rota me puche mi pie con un fierro que tenía entre la cama y el box de la cama le escribí a la instalación de lo sucedido y hasta ahora no e tenido ninguna respuesta es peligroso eso de las cama tengan cuidado

I was charged $70 for the complaint of smoking in my room. I am a smoker but i had gone outside to smoke every time. I had told the manager to watch his cameras to see that but he was set on telling me i smoked in the room. Never once smoked in the room. He tried charging me $160 but thankfully my card was locked. I had booked another night tho and was told if i didnt pay for smoking in the room i would have to leave but that id be refunded for the room i had already booked. I told him i wouldn't be paying for something i didnt do so when he refunded my night he kept $70 stating it was for smoking. Also construction currently going on which was annoying.

What looked like mold in the shower and walls not sure didn't get to close to it. The toilet would flush itself every 20 mins. The beds where absolutely garbage can feel every single spring in them. The TV is so old that it looks like I was watching something from the early 90s. but it's just all minor stuff and is a cheap stay. Probably won't be staying there again

My Dad and I thought we would get a nicer hotel after being in the backcountry for 2 weeks. We clearly chose the WRONG hotel The wallpaper in our room and bathroom was peeling off due to moisture, the toilet whistled extremely loud for 5 minutes straight after each time being flushed, and the tub had black stuff growing in it. For the price we paid, we were expecting much much higher quality, we will not be using Comfort Suites again.

Not Much

Air Conditioner did not work. Lamp shade was broken no outlets by bed on night side. Beds were very soft and uncomfortable, No TV channel guide in the room. Generally the property needs a good housekeeping and remodel, carpeting in the hall ways dirty Breakfast was dreadful. Eggs over cooked, sausage gravy was like a good grade of wall paper paste
