Prima hotel, simpel. Kamer was oké, bed was redelijk. Inchecken een crime, duurde erg lang, 5 wachtenden en maar 1 persoon om te helpen.
Uitstend verblijf gehad, vriendelijk personeel en mooie kamers. Centraal gelegen in het centrum.
The room was great. We had two adults and two teenage children and there was plenty of space. Room was really clean and well equipped. The only frustration was the neaby parking. We were advised of the cost per 24 hours. However, that only lasts for the first 24 hours, and is double thebprielce thereafter. So be careful. Otherwise, the hotel was perfect for a family, central to Lille
Nice hotel in the hearth of the city. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Even if it is situated at the center, it was very quiet at night. Ideal! The check-in and check-out was very quick and the staff was very friendly. You can even leave your bags behind while waiting for the availability of your room. Great service! The breakfast was good and accessible until 11am. We arrived at 9.45 but not everything was still there. Unfortunately they didn't bring new eggs, pancakes, .. for example during our time there. Disappointed about that. All and all good hotel and if the breakfast improves a bit it would be the perfect get-away!
Nice clean hotel in the centre of Lille

It offered the kitchen services we wanted but front desk hotel service as well. The management was most helpful in extending our stay during the busy Olympic period. The breakfast bar was exceptional. Clean. Lots of options, especially the boiled egg cooker! We stayed in two different units both of which featured cheerful modern design. We worried about the hot summer months but found the rooms very comfortable.
The location is good, the apartments are clean and they are large enough for you to spread out and relax while there. The only problem is that the TV allows viewing of all languages except English. You can watch French, German, Italiian, Belgium, Dutch, even Chinese and Rusiian, but no English. This is the only problem and should be very easy to sort out but has not been done yet.
Lovely place to stay; really handy. The outside looks a little tacky; don't let that discourage you. The inside is lovely. Nice breakfast, helpful front desk.
