Easy access to city centre. Quiet accommodation. Very polite staff members. Adrien at the Reception desk was always very positive, helpful and friendly with customers.
Great location with plenty of room, lovely staff and felt very secure. Plenty of bars and restaurants on its door step so don't feel like it's lacking in the car department plus you can utilise the kitchen

Après une première nuit sans chauffage (Pb Technique), j'ai découvert ma nouvelle chambre avec un radiateur bridé à 20 deg. Le ressenti était inférieur à 20deg, il faisait meilleur à la réception et dans les couloirs. Rien à faire, aucune aide ou empathie de la direction, j'ai eu très froid prendant 2 nuits et suis rentré malade. Je ne recommande pas cette hotel.
Le chauffage était en panne, on m'a proposé un chauffage d'appoint bruyant, j'ai eu très froid c'était probablement le weekend le plus froid de l'année avec du -7 à l'extérieur. Aucune empathie de la direction ou geste commercial. Le lendemain on m'a proposé une autre chambre avec un chauffage bridé. Résultat je suis rentré chez moi malade! Je ne recommande pas cet hotel et ne reviendrai pas.
Such a lovely hotel. Very well located, nice & quiet, the staff were amazing. Unlimited free coffee that was very delicious!
It prob looks a bit more flashy in photos than it is. I found the room very cold, and couldnt get anyway to heat the room. But everything you need and i slept really well
