Ottimo posizione

Appartamento vicino alla strada quindi continuo via vai di macchine.. la notte si dorme male , ma fattibile per una notte

Viel Platz, mitten in Graz nahe der Altstadt, großer Kühlschrank.

Leider kein kleines Licht zum Lesen im Bett.

Byly jsme velká skupina a musím pochválit že tam bylo hodně místa. Vybavenost skvělá. Komunikace s pani úžasná.

Parkování je trochu adrenalin. Není kde, jen na ulici. My měli štěstí že sme tam byli na jednu noc, jinak bysme se asi nedoplatili. Na bookingu není psané že se platí za úklid.. 20 euro mi přijde dost.

extremely dirty, smelly

The location is convenient, near the center of town. The rooms are spacious, and the mattresses were fine, although one bed creaked like a horror show whenever you moved.

The place was incredibly dirty - in the sense of old, sticky dirt. At the entry there was a sign saying not to wear shoes indoors. My son quickly put his shoes back on. I said "you are not allowed to wear shoes". "Then I don't know what to do!" he said "the floor is filthy!". He took a piece of tissue paper and dragged it along a floor board, and the paper was covered in greyish grease. The bathroom tiles were mouldy, and the refridgerators were smelly. We wrote the host to ask about parking opportunities in the area, but got no response. I wanted to heat some food we brought. In the kitchen another sign said "clean the dishes - keep the kitchen clean". Fine, but there was no soap, no kitchen towels, no brush, no bowl, no plug for the sink. I wrote the host about this also, but on the booking.com app and WhatsApp, but although WhatsApp told me the message had been read, we got no response to any of our questions. All kitchen utensils, plates and glasses very similarly dirty. In the bathroom, we found a pictogram telling us not to puke on the floor. My spouse and I opted for the one bedroom with a door. The door didn't close though. The double bed creaked so badly that we had to move. This a an old office converted to a rental appartment. Very obviously, noone ever loved the place in the least. Furniture is a random collection of give-aways, and everything looks a little sad and random. We would have lived with this, but it was simply too dirty. We had pre-payed for two nights, but checked out after the first.

towels smelled REALLY bad, the furniture could be updated, the kitchen appliances were very old and rusty

Very good location, spacious apartment with comfortable beds.

The bedsheets were clearly not changed after the previous guests - they reeked of cologne and had stains on them.

Arrivati non risultava nessuno,abbiamo telefonato ma non risultava la nostra prenotazione.Abbiamo dovuto telefonare ad hotel.com per risolvere la situazione.Mai più.
