This hotel was amazing! We were welcomed upon our arrival and given a tour of our room and the Spa which is included in your price. A spectacular breakfast of your choice is delivered to your room each morning. The location was excellent and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

אהבנו מאוד את chalet kolasin,החל מקבלת הפנים וההסבר שזכינו לקבל באופן אישי מהבחורה שקלטה אותנו, דרך מבנה העץ המיוחד והחם של מלון הסקי המיוחד, יחידת אירוח גדולה, ממש דירה המתאימה לזוג+ילד, עם כל המשתמש, אנחנו העברנו במקום רק לילה אחד בדרכנו צפונה,לכן לא הספקנו להשתמש בשרותי הספא שעמדו לרשותנו, ארוחת הבוקר המוגשת בחדר מיוחדת מאוד, את ארוחת הערב העברנו ע"פ המלצת המקום במסעדה על שפת הנחל והמפל, צעדים ספורים מהמלון,(אוכל טעים,, שירות מעולה,)
