lady that received us was exceptionally nice. The concept of spa reservation and privacy worked very well.

the heat was on, and i was too warm, and no air-conditioning or the ability to turn the heat off

The staff was very kind and helpful, but we expected to have a baby crib in the room as was request and confirmed while room was reserved. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. The place is in great location, very close to the main street and the restaurants.

Excellent facilities, delicious breakfast. Amazing SPA zone. Their own application which controls everything, including suggestions for activities - is fantastic.

Lovely small boutique hotel with an amazing spa that you can reserve just for your room and delicious breakfast that is served in your room. The room itself is beautiful and spacious. It is divided into a bedroom and a living space which has a little kitchen stocked with coffee and tea as well as cooking appliances. The location is great, right near the center.

Just lovely We arrived early and were greeted with a smile A small hotel with four inviting wooden suites with everything you need. Really comfortable beds. A coffee machine in the room and in the lobby is always available coffee and cookies. Breakfast to order at whatever time you want with different choices An hour's spa by prior arrangement, really intimate and pleasant. Central location to the town's cute pedestrian mall. Free parking. Iva and Natasha at the reception are extremely kind and helpful with any request Highly recommended

Everyting was excellent

This is one of the best apartments we ever rented!! The service is amazing. The in room breakfast was top notch with excellent products. The spa is a good and very nice. We had a wonderful time in Chalet, highly recommended.
