Bed was old and uncomfortable, there was no headboard. There was almost no shelf space in the bathroom; the shampoo was on the floor in the shower. Reminded me of a college dorm- cheap furniture, bad linens, hard to control shower. Easy fixes...the details matter.

DEVery nice place in the middle of the nature but also close to the center as well as the outlet. Customized breakfast and very nice owners of the facility.
There is one iron slide for the kids which was old and rusty. That could be replaced with a better one so the place can have something for the kids as well.

CHThe family who runs the place is very helpful, generous and openhearted. When we arrived, Stefano offered us coffee and biscuits. We could store our bicycles inside. The breakfast was delicious with handmade jam, cakes and local products. His wife offered us a ride to the nearby outlet and back as I needed a rain jacket. We also had some very nice talks. The place is a bit outside from Artena, more in the nature and very beautiful and calm. It was perfect to relax, we even stayed 2 nights longer. The room is big and had everything we needed. We could even use the kitchen.
Everything was perfect.
BEFriendly hosts, made a very nice breakfast. They really care about their guests.
