The Beverley Inn

The shower was not working at all the shower cubicles was moulding. The mattress was so uncomfortable. The staff on checking in were a bit odd. One staff member came over and closed the laptop the staff who was attending to me was using. I found that disrespectful and sending negative energy

Very noisy in rooms above pub

Beverley Inn is great for a stopover, good value for money and the staff are very friendly. Property very tired though, in need of a makeover.

One night weekend stop over with a budget in mind. 3 blokes who weren’t expecting anything too much. Clean, quiet - after closing time - with bar and sport. Perfectly adequate accommodation for our collective budget.

Not a lot

Sadly the pub trade entirely clashes with the accommodation which it seems is very much an afterthought... no soap/shampoo in the shower room was a good example of this but the main thing is the lack of sound insulation so you're basically in the pub at full volume when you're in the rooms, so sleep isn't very likely... until they close their primary focus downstairs. Loud music starts up again at 8.30 so no fear of a lie in either. The staff seemed friendly but again primary focus was downstairs.

The stay was amazing felt very homely like a home away from home staff was so polite and lovely would highly recommend

The room was ok but the pub was noisy The toilet/shower light didn’t work And the cold water in the room was warm so no good to use for kettle in the room
