I loved our stay at this Riad. The staffs are amazing and the food is the best I had in Morocco.

The food at this location is some of the best we had in all of Morocco. Staff are very helpful and friendly

Rooftop furniture was sun damaged, old and faded.

An ideal Riad as expected looking through the photos. Really nicely maintained, friendly staff, amazing presentation, etc. Breakfast was very good, with lots of variety… we also had dinner - except pre-made cocktails, we enjoyed the food. Location is in the middle of old town…

Probably the best place we stayed while spending the holiday in Morocco. Unbelievably terrific staff with an incredibly beautiful building just steps from the labyrinth of the medina. Highly recommended.

Everything. This Riad is a wonderful piece of architecture, richly decorated and impecably clean. The staff was amazing (my special thanks to Abdul and Marian) and the food was superb. Rooms 100% clean, spacious and confortable. Very nice shower. Perfectly located.

We could have stayed longer there. we miss it....

This review is not about the property rather about its management. The location is horrible. Inside the maze of alleyways of the old city that the GPS is inactive but with many local young men are active to harasse you for a tip. After an hour of search we could not find the property but the harassment was so much that our spouses refused to continue and demanded that we leave the neighbourhood. After finding the car with much difficulty we left and informed the hotel. They insisted that we should have sent them our location so they could help us find our way. Our explanation that without the GPS this would not have been possible fell on deaf ears. Even Booking.com asked the hotel to forego charging us but the hotel was not open to the idea and charged us the full fee.

Riad Fes Nass Zmane truly is a magical place with all the amenities needed in a room, outstanding views of the Medina, and superior customer service. I am so grateful that we were able to stay there! Abdul Malik, Mariam, and the manager, Lofti are who really made this place so wonderful and truly memorable. They were always accessible and willing to help with any tasks: hammam recommendations, room service, mint tea, and even assistance with carrying bags after a long day of shopping(guilty!). I also recommend the food at the Riad as it is freshly made. Their breakfast buffet was also delicious. Overall, I’m a huge fan. I am truly grateful for the experience I had there and will never forget them.

Our experience with Riad Nass Zmane was exceptional, especially everything that comes to service. The staff was very nice and helpful and could predict our needs. They were very flexible too, we were provided with breakfast even when we had to leave much earlier then the time breakfast usually starts. Also the breakfast buffet was the best we have had in Morocco! A lot of alternatives, a variety of fresh fruits everyday - we absolutely loved staying there 🧡💛
