Hotel Caribe

The best part of the hotel is the location to walk to restaurants and some attractions. Theater, museum, markets ... Resturant served a good breakfast.

We were placed on the first floor next to the desk. The door had frosted glass windows that let light in all night. The room was small, which was ok, but the only window opened into the hotel, not outside. The room was damp and moldy like a basement. The night noise from the street bands was loud until 12 pm. No water came out of the hot water tap only cold. Not cold water is coming out of hot.. no water. We changed rooms to the 3rd floor. The room was slightly bigger, outdoor window , close to pool, and a solid wooden door no frosted windows. 3 nights we never had hot water ever. The bar next door played music so loud until 2:15am. The beds are very hard and pillows huge , this made it hard to use under head.

Beautiful hotel in a historic building, in the colorful center of old Merida. The center courtyard is beautifu and lushly planted.

Our room was uninspired and outdated, with bad, cold lights. But it was functional.

Très bien situé au centre de Merida avec un petit parc à l'entrée. La piscine était appréciée. L'ascenseur a été très pratique aussi. Plein de restaurants autour. La bâtisse ancienne qu'habite cet hôtel est remarquable.

Le service à la salle à manger manquait de courtoisie. Les oreillers beaucoup trop épais et durs. Les matelas trop durs pour moi mais qui plaisent à d'autres.

La ubicación es inmejorable, a pesar de estar en pleno centro se descansa bien y las instalaciones son bellas aunque algo viejas.

El confort de las habitaciones y almohadas sobre todo, el aseo puede mejorar sustancialmente. Encontré cabellos largos en mi cama que no corresponde a nosotros

La ubicación era excelente, el edificio tiene historia y es interesante
