Small, functional with good service. Nice to be able to enjoy a night cap in the bar area with my dog. A relaxed environment.

Usual Ibis hotel fayre. The air conditioning in our room 507 was so weak we had to sleep with the windows open. If you are like me and no stranger to 3 square meals a day, the shower cubicle may be a tight fit!

Personel at reception friendly but only spoke French. After a long journey no drinks available at bar. It was only a couple of minutes after 11 pm. Personel didn't seem very involved about any issues of client. Besides of that the room was very tiny and not to speak about the bathroom. This is really unconfortable to move around.

Accueil exemplaire, il va cependant falloir éclaircir la différence entre ibis et ibis budget car quand la chambre d'un ibis (plus onéreux) est plus petite qu'un ibis budget c'est très moyen. Quand vous n'avez pas de place dans la salle de bain (d'une petitesse horrible) et que la porte d'entrée tape dans le meuble télé et le lit c'est qu'il y a un problème. Accor va devoir revoir clairement sa politique de gamme car, la rentabilité c'est limite surtout quand on paie le prix. Malheureusement en plus, ce n'est pas la première fois que cela arrive, c'est récurrent maintenant de ne plus reconnaître la différence entre Ibis et la gamme ibis budget.

If you are looking for a convenient property by the Tours train station, then this place is for you! If you want an active night life or nearby restaurants, this place is NOT for you. Rooms and shower are small, even by European standards. Hôtel checkin was supposed to be noon, but it was after 15:00 before our room was ready.
