"Decent hotel could be better"

Located for our travels centerally

7 to 9 breakfast is not enough time. Breakfast was hot waffles juice coffee and yogurt. Was good but NOT a great deal. Will have to be cheaper to stay competitive 90.00 a night and even higher the next evening

"5min Horror, unfreundliches Personal, schmuddlige Lobby."

Als ich ankam, meinte der Manager er könnte meine (vorausbezahlte!) Reservation nicht im System finden, dies sei mein Problem und ich müsste jetzt die Booking Hotline selber anrufen, er könne mir nicht helfen, dies sei nicht sein Job.

Location was great. Staff were great.

The sink was clogged. I told the receptionist about it and he sent the maintenance guy. The sheets have some traces of hair so I asked for new sheets and changed ourselves for the night. They changed again the next day. I alao notified the maintenance guy about the leaking shower head causing drip outside the tub. And warping the bottom of the floor.

Run down. Out dated. Took an unreasonable amount or time to get hot water. Shower handle need replaced as it failed to shut off
