Amazing room in a great looking hotel in the middle of downtown. Across the street from the train station. Excellent restaurant, good breakfast buffet included in the room. No complaints at all

Very convenient location, clean and spacious room, excellent service from staffs, good breakfast variety. Overall a very pleasant and decent hotel. One issue was that my booking is for 3 people in executive suite and I messaged the hotel beforehand to confirm an extra bed will be added, which the hotel manager assured me the room will be prepared accordingly. However, at check in, front desk didn't see any instructions on adding a bed, and my room was not prepared to accommodate 3. Although upon calling house keeping, the staffs immediately came and added the bed, and provided another set of amenities, I am disappointed that my room was not prepared as per booking details, especially when I had contacted the hotel beforehand to reconfirm. I expect better level of service and attention to details from a 5-stars renowned hotel chain.

Great hotel at the border of Luohu. Rooms are outdated and need a refresh but very comfortable and clean and comfortable. Shower spat out water without pressure, so that change would be nice.

My stay was good

Excellent service from the friendly and ever helpful staff. Property is a bit dated and old but it's clean and very comfortable. Convenient location with multiple food options open till late, retail and transportation within the vicinity. Metro Line 1 and Line 9 exits are just outside the hotel. For those travelling to other parts of China or even Hong Kong, the Shenzhen railway station and Luohu port is just across the road. We had a delightful stay and will definitely be back again.
