Super 8 by Wyndham Timmins ON

J'ai demandé à Booking.com une chambre au premier plancher. Vous m'avez répondu que je l'aurais. À mon arrivée,mon m'a dit qu'il ne restait plus que des chambres à l'étage. On m'a également mentionné que Super 8 n'honore pas les demandes spéciales faites à Booking.com. Assez moche comme service. Vous devriez coordonner vos efforts pour satisfaire votre clientèle.

The location was good and the room was clean

The beds were only double beds and it would have been better if they were queen size. Nobody could get in the side doors because the scanners were broken and they had posted that there was a bear in the area so it was unnerving having to park at the back of the building and having to walk outside to the front to get into the building rather than going in the middle doors.

Not great. Morning staff was terrible.

Didn't eat breakfast. I had help from everyone , I am handicapped and use a walker but it was made easier by everyone helping! Thank you

It was hard to dislike anything.

Proximity to the event we attended

It’s clean but def in disrepair and we could not park our car in the lot because the entrance was not adequately plowed. We watched several vehicles get stuck.
