Comfortable bed

No decaf coffee or tea in room or at breakfast. Not real orange juice.

Holes,& stains on bedsheets. Only 1 set of worn towels given. Hair in shower. Not considered a breakfast if it's just toast, waffles, or cereal. No fruit. No protein.

It was very dirty

Die Bettwäsche war voller Flecken, Haare und Löcher. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt darin zu schlafen,

Mouse traps, old towels with a permanent tinge, smell of room

The size of the room was a decent size

When we arrived to the room we couldn't find the tv remote and contacted the front desk and the person came to search the room unsuccessfully and offered to bring another remote. We searched further and discovered that the t.v. was not only unplugged but the cord couldn't reach the only outlet we found on the adjacent wall. The microwave which was beside the t.v. couldn't reach as well so we went to the front desk to ask for a different room , was told the hotel was booked and the clerk told us the t.v. was working yesterday to which we informed her that isnt possible because the power cord can't reach the only outlet on the wall behind it and that we need an extension cord to plug it in. In the end we got a power bar and plugged it into the other power bar in the outlet and had to run it across the front of the refrigerator to power the t.v. We also couldn't program the remote they gave us and even after they programmed it when we were out it would only power on the t.v., the channel and volume wouldn't work and for some reason the power button only turns the t.v. on and not off. We also found a cardboard sleeve behind a chair in the corner with a winter hat on the floor as well I discovered a piece of food in the couch cushion while looking for the remote. All in all we wo t be recommending this hotel anytime soon
