The staff are super nice. The door cards demagnetize easily. Parking was a little tight.

We enjoyed the 2 bedroom suite, they are spacious with individual bathrooms and 3 TV, full kitchen. Breakfast was very good.

The rooms were dirty, run down and dated. When we got to our suite, the chair upholstery was worn and torn and there were cobwebs in the corners of the bedroom (317). Then when we opened the couch to make the bed for our children, there was crumbs, dirt and a wrapper left. So we turned over the mattress and there was a 3 ft by 2 ft stain! It honestly looked like the staff did not check the couch and the sheets were even missing. We called to the front desk for assistance and options and were told that they could bring up some bedding for the bed. No thank you, it looked like someone had an accident all over that mattress. Finally, we had to argue with the staff member at 11pm at night to be moved elsewhere. They never apologized, offered to comp the night, comp the parking, anything. The man saw the mess and said, yeah that's bad. We had already totally unpacked for a 3 night stay so we asked if we could move to a new room to sleep, but keep the key to 317 active so we could move everything in the morning... At first he said no, until I said "seriously? who are you going to sell this dirty room to at this point in the night?" We moved rooms to another (315) and it was better. We were fully out of 317 by 10am. This situation was very inconvenient for our family of 4. After this all happened, there was no additional customer service provided. No one called to check about our new room (an easy but nice touch that costs nothing.) We even saw that same staff member from Thursday night (5/29) another day, he didn't check in. That bed... was disgusting. There were several service fails from before the stay to during. It was very disappointing. They easily could have made the problem better with a more caring attitude, empathy and due diligence when confronted with a problem. My kids went swimming, and the pool room could use a nice cleaning. There are rust stains by the chairs, the window sills have dead bugs (over 30). At breakfast there were about 4-5 staff members hanging out at the desk. The hotel would be better if just one of them took 30 minutes and wiped down the window sills with the bugs for a better customer experience.
