"Exceptional"

Great place to stay! Friendly staff. Grocery shopping literally across the street. Located blocks to UVA and short distance to the downtown mall area. Ample parking, nice pool area and decent breakfast. Would recommend for anyone visiting in the area.

"Left a sour bad taste!"

breakfast was just ok. We’ve stayed at this hotel regularly for the past 4 years but have Never been so price goug egg d by any hotel , ever. From 140. a night to $425. per night just because of graduation at UVA. Left a very bad taste in my husband mouth after 4 years of tuition, room and board and travel expense, including regular stays at Sonesta. Give the ‘working, middle class “ families a break!!

The design is a little out-dated and the environmental approach is still not existing - everything throw-away stuff and wrapped in plastics.

Kathy Brown, the front desk supervisor was extremely helpful. Needed a first floor suite. She was very sweet. She made our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was good and warm.
